Our Values
Ellis Fairbank’s values were borne out of dissatisfaction with the short-term, opportunistic approach adopted by many of our competitors where commissions and bonuses are put before the Client’s needs.
Through experience, we discovered that the best results come from considering the needs of clients and candidates first. In turn, our consultants achieve the best return for the time they invest with us.
Our central maxim is that anyone within the company who does not directly serve a client should be supporting someone who does. The result is a culture of respect, both within the company, and between consultants and their clients and candidates.
All the principles in the list that follows are universal. Principles like respect, discipline and responsibility can never simply be applied in a single area. We aim to instil high standards in our treatment of clients and candidates by ensuring that we treat each other in the same way.
